Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse

For a memorable evening in Beverly Hills on Feb. 22, Fleming’s prepares and shares the Mad Milagro margarita recipe. It’s a fresh and spicy turn from the traditional margarita recipes, using Milagro Silver Tequila, muddled cucumber and fresh lime juice, balanced with a touch of jalapeño and fresh cilantro. They also offer the “5 for $6 until 7” Bar Menu with innovative appetizers, hand-crafted cocktails and wines by the glass. Casa Vega

The 55-year-old Los Angeles Mexican restaurant is offering their award-winning Casa Vega Margarita for a special price at $4.99 on Feb. 22. Available in original or with cranberry from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Skinny Margarita is made with Partida Reposado tequila, Agave Nectar, and fresh lime juice for $10.50 and the blood orange margarita, made with Patron Silver tequila, Blood Orange Juice, Agave Nectar, and fresh lime for $10.50. 13301 Ventura Blvd. (818)788-4868.

 

Napa Valley Grille

Enjoy a wine country-inspired margaritas utilizing seasonal produce from local Santa Monica and Westwood farmers’ markets.  The apple margarita is made with Gold Tequila, Triple Sec, fresh Granny Smith apples, citrus, and apple juice. Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar

This newly opened Downtown neighborhood spot serves classic Italian fare and features a Mediterranean-inspired margarita. The Il Solo Messicano is a fresh cocktail infused with Cazadores Tequila, fresh lime, and agave nectar with traditionally Italian aperitifs Campari and Sambuca Agrumi and is topped with Fresh Grapefruit Juice, available for $13. 801 S. Fig & Olive

Mixologist Michael Loomis concocts the El Matador with Tequila, Rum, fresh lime juice, housemade cilantro syrup, and muddled jalapeño for $14. The combination of heat mixed with the flavors of lime and cilantro is a refreshing take on the classic cocktail. 8490 Melrose Pl. (310)360-9100.

 

Tortilla Republic

The Ultimate Margarita

Rick Bayless’ Red O offers guests a taste of tequila luxury with their signature Benjamin Margarita for $100. It’s made with three types of extra anejo tequila including Gran Patron Burdeos, Partida Elegante, Herradura Seleccion Suprema, Grand Marnier Cuvee du Cent Cinquantenaire, fresh squeezed Mexican lime juice, organic agave syrup, served with housemade lime sorbet ice cubes and finished with Louis XIII Cognac, blood orange caviar, and edible gold and Kosher salt rim. The Mixing Room

A new cocktail program and bites menu is offered at the modern bar and lounge overlooking Nokia Plaza at L.A. LIVE. The new menus are headed by Drew Foulk, Beverage Director at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, and Executive Chef Eric Branger. They are introducing barrel-aged spirits and cocktails as well as a selection of rare whiskey and liquor varietals, all complemented by a new savory bites menu. Slater’s 50/50

Enjoy a pizza burger in Feb. with Sterling Silver ground beef mixed with Italian sausage, topped with house made roasted red pepper and topped with garlic marinara and fried mozzarella sticks. A Taste of Harlem

Chef Govind Armstrong and restaurateur Brad Johnson invite one of the nation’s most heralded chefs, Marcus Samuelsson, into Post & Beam for one night only. On Tues. Feb. 26 the guest chef dinner, commemorates Black History Month. This special dinner is $140 per person. The dishes draw inspiration from each chef’s diverse cultural roots. Some of the specials are Ethiopian tacos with Injera Bread and Tartare; braised oxtail with fried plantains; and crawfish beignets with honey-beet tartar sauce.
