Chef Laurent Quenioux will prepare a four course, special pop-up dinner on Aug. 5, 6, for $50 per person at Barney Greengrass Restaurant. An amuse bouche of black sesame ice cream and yellowtail is followed by a cold poached mackerel with goat cheese, veal sweet breads and finished with a rabbit pie with black garlic and baby chards.
