Blues Brunch at JW Marriott
Nona Sivley, winner of the Season 8 Hell’s Kitchen and Executive Chef of LA Market, is preparing a BBQ brunch every Sunday at the ION Rooftop Bar and Lounge at JW Marriott Los Angeles. Live entertainment from Jason Joseph & The Spectacular will keep guests tapping their feet and dancing on July 8. Patina’s Summer Menu
Chef and Founder Joachim Splichal and Chef de Cuisine Charles Olalia are featuring three or four-course menus throughout the summer. Some of the dishes include stonefruit salad with crème fraiche and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The Copper River king salmon is accompanied with ratatouille, squash blossom, manila clams and basil. Each week the menu changes based on fresh ingredients purchased at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market visits. Adorable Chef Megan Logan is teaching guests on July 13 helpful BBQ techniques and personal tips. Ricardo Zarate is launching a new Peruvian lunch menu. Some of the new dishes include hamburgesa made from alpaca and lamb burger.
