Brunch at The Tasting Kitchen
Chef Casy Lane is adopting culturally diverse cuisine such as squash blossom frittatas with roasted tomatoes and ricotta cheese, bacon waffles with fried “clucks” and housemade gravy. Napa Valley Grille

Executive Chef Pascal Lorange’s weekend brunch menu includes South of France poached eggs with salmon. Served on toasted olive oil bread with marinated salmon, citrus, ricotta, avocado, and scallions. Weekend at Delphine’s
Re-charge with a European inspired breakfast and weekend brunch. Executive Chef Sascha Lyon, formerly of Daniel, Balthazar and Pastis is whipping up Hanger steak with eggs any style and home fries. Cooking Class at The Bonaventure
On Sat. Feb. 18 at 1 p.m., Chef Andreas Nieto is demonstrating how to prepare a trio of caviar and bellinis, followed by a salad of white baby romaine leaves with wild strawberries, toasted organic California almonds and shaved Valrhona chocolate. Participants will create seared Diver scallops wrapped in Parma, Fiji apple reduction and dusted white chocolate. Dessert is a California almond cake, wrapped in ganache with berry nage and mango sauce. Guests may sit at the Chef’s Table and enjoy each course with a selection of champagnes. Mardi Gras Celebration
A Cajun-inspired N’awlins-style dinner menu is offered at Dominick’s and Little Dom’s on Sat. Feb. 18 through Fat Tuesday, on Feb. 21. New Orleans native Chef Brandon Boudet will offer guests muffaletta sandwiches, jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice, crayfish pie, beignets and the much loved King cake. Everything is under $10. Red O Margarita
Since Feb. 22 is National Margarita Day, Red O is offering a margarita sampler of three of their most popular tequila based libations for $15. In special sampler glasses, enjoy a Market margarita with muddled cucumber and honeydew melon, Espolon blanco tequila, lemon and lime juice. The next glass contains La Dama margarita with mango, pomegranate and Serrano chile. The last is the Alacaran margarita. Pig Roast at Jar
On Feb. 20, Jar will roast a whole suckling pig and serve it family style with a green papaya salad, fennel slaw and purple yams for $55 per guest. There is an optional wine pairing at an additional cost. Reservations begin at 5:30 p.m. All month in February, Jar restaurant is showcasing pork items on the menu. Some of the favorites include crisp pork belly with kumquat, watercress and fingerling potatoes or tender pork ribs with apple cider. Suds & Small Plates at Mezze
On Feb. 22, Ben Weiss of The Bruery and Chef Micah Wexler of Mezze team up to host an evening of fine beer and good food. Friends since childhood, Weiss will lead a tasting of four Bruery beers alongside Wexler’s signature tasting menu. Menu di San Valentino
Locanda del Lago is celebrating Valentine’s Day through Feb. 17 with a four-course dinner for $55 per person, or a five-course menu for $69 per person. An optional wine pairing is $24 per person. The first course is a cream of white asparagus soup with poached Maine lobster medallion; followed by a roulade of sunchokes and housemade pasta with an artichoke sauce. The four course menu offers a choice of pan-roasted Sturgeon in puff pastry or grilled venison tenderloin. The five course menu serves both dishes.
