Cooking Class at Cecconi’s

New Chef at Asia de Cuba
Mondrian LA welcomes Executive Chef, Mark Pollard. Pollard has been a chef at Andre Balazs -The Restaurant at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles and Hollywood. Some of the special dishes he is developing to emphasize flavor, vibrancy and ingenuity are Asian Caribbean paella with lobster, shrimp, chorizo, chicken and Chinese sausages.
