Off Vine restuarant invites you to “Come home for the Holidays” and experience a traditional Thanksgiving dinner served in a Craftman style home in the heart of Hollywood. The menu offers a first course of carrot-ginger soup, followed by mixed field greens with toasted pecans and bleu cheese, and then a choice of entrée – roasted turkey, prime rib or wild filet of salmon. Thanksgiving Cooking Class

On Saturday, Nov. 17, Chef Andrea Cavaliere is hosting a class at Cecconi’s on how to make traditional and Northern Italian side dishes for your table. Guests will get to taste all the dishes prepared. The class and tasting is $65 per person and begins at noon. Cecconi’s is open on Thanksgiving and is serving a family-style dinner that includes BN Ranch free-range organic turkey. The sides include black truffle mashed potatoes, butternut squash tortelli, and honey roasted heirloom carrots. Desserts are pumpkin pie, pecan tart or spiced cardamom gelato with crème fraiche. Foodink Catering

Dinners to-go are available year round with flavorful bacon wrapped beef filet, soba noodles with coconut-poached shrimp, and pomegranate-braised chicken breasts with hearty corn and garnet yam succotash. During Thanksgiving Foodink offers a feast for $42.50 per person. Order a thyme orange brined turkey with apple, leek and brioche stuffing with a chardonnay jus. Grandma’s Healthy Food

Vegetarians will enjoy Grandma’s healthy and nutritious catered Thanksgiving dinners. Each dish is free of hydrogenated oils, animal derivatives, refined sugars, GMO or MSG. Culinary Director Jose Andres invites guests to enjoy a Thanksgiving Day gastronomic journey at Tres and Bazaar located in the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. Menus are available for brunch and dinner. Beaujolais Nouveau

Celebrate the release of Beaujolais Nouveau 2012 at Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills Friday, Nov. 16. Guests can enjoy a dinner and live cabaret show for $50 when purchased online. Dinner is a 4-course French buffet with preferred reserved seating. Guests receive a Georges Duboeuf souvenir glass of wine upon entrance and another glass of wine with dinner. The Parish

Want to try a Thanksgiving meal with a modern English gastropub vibe? Instead of turkey, The Parish is offering a Bishop’s roast dinner featuring a whole roasted chicken with country-style ratatouille and a half-gallon jug of Black Market Contraband beer for $75. It serves 2 to 4 guests. Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air

Brunch and dinner are served at this elegant dining spot from noon to 8 p.m. Start with a savory breadbasket with a bowl of roasted pumpkin soup. Organic heritage turkey is served with sourdough-brioche bread stuffing. Along with sides of sweet potato gratin, yello potato puree, and babt turnips and carrots, guests have a choice of an assortment of desserts and pies. Start your day at the beach at Shutters and dine at One Pico for a Thanksgiving feast for $75 person. The eclectic menu includes dishes like beef carpaccio, wild mushroom ravioli and salted caramel ice cream in addition to traditional Thansgiving dishes. 1 Pico Blvd. (310)587-1717.


Greenleaf Thanksgiving Catering

Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop is a healthy casual restaurant that prepares traditional Thanksgiving dishes without the traditional calories. Place your order at least 48 hours in advance and then come by to pick your feast up a day or two before Thanksgiving. Some of the standouts include agave-roasted yams, whole grain stuffing with vegetables and fresh herbs and a roasted turkey breast with garlic and rosemary. Located in Marina del Rey along the marina docks, Executive Chef Daniel Roberts is preparing a three-course menu for $55 per person. Inn of the Seventh Ray

Enjoy Thanksgiving in the bucolic Topanga canyon. Chef Bradley Miller prepares a farm-to-table style five-course Thanksgiving feast. Highlights include a spinach-artichoke jar, creamy fire roasted chestnut soup, maple syrup and apple cider brined free-range turkey and a feast of fall vegetables. Napa Valley Grille

Take a little bit of Napa home with you for Thanksgiving. Takeaway dishes that serve 8 to 12 people range from $9 to $85. Get a sweet treat and cup of Verve coffee when you pick up your no-stress Turkey Day meal. A festive 3-course menu is available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Kerry Simon’s pumpkin-sausage stuffing goes nicely with his roasted cage-free turkey breast and cranberry compote. Public Kitchen & Bar

Chef Tim Goodell is preparing traditional Thanksgiving dishes inside the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sea Bass with sweet potatoes comes with a béarnaise sauce. Warm kabocha squash has ricotta, rapini leaves dusted with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy pecan, pumpkin or apple pie for dessert. Bring side dishes home for your Thanksgiving meal. One package serves up to 4 people and includes stuffing with wild rice, pork sausage and sage.
